Please make sure the rifle or shotgun you are looking to purchase is a California complaint. Firearms listed with a 10-round magazine doesn’t mean it is California complaint. Typically, for AR or AK series of rifles, there is a “CA” designation added to the part number which can be an indicator it is legal to be sold in California. All AR-15 rifles need to be featureless or break action and AK-47 rifles need to be featureless or fixed magazine.
