We ship firearms across the United States and that is why you will see firearms for sale that aren’t California approved. Please check our In-Store inventory page, which shows in-stock firearms that are already to be purchased, and you don’t have to worry about checking if it is legal, we have already done that for you. Long Guns: Please make sure the rifle or shotgun you are looking to purchase is California complaint. Firearms listed with a 10-round magazine doesn’t mean it is California complaint. Typically on AR or AK series of rifles, there is a “CA” designation added to the part number which can be an indicator it is legal to be sold in California.
